What does a packaging sourcing company do?
We find and vet the factory, negotiate price and MOQ, manage samples and artwork, book third-party inspection, and ship the order DDP (duties paid) to your U.S. warehouse. You get one landed price per piece and one point of contact instead of juggling a factory, an inspector and a freight forwarder.
Why not just buy from my current U.S. packaging supplier?
Many domestic packaging suppliers already have the clamshells and boxes made overseas and add a markup on top. Buying factory-direct with someone managing quality and freight typically lands 30–50% below a domestic quote at production volumes.
What packaging do you source?
Mostly custom boxes (rigid, magnetic, two-piece and printed folding cartons) and plastic clamshells / blister packaging. We also source plastic bottles, jars and simple packaging accessories like inserts, stickers and cases.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the item. Custom clamshells usually make sense from about 10,000 pieces, rigid boxes from about 1,500–3,000. Below that, a domestic supplier can be the better deal — and we will tell you if that is the case.
How long does it take?
Plan on roughly 3–4 months from purchase order to delivery for a first order: sampling and production (45–60 days) plus ocean freight (about 30–40 days port to port) and delivery to your warehouse. Reorders are faster because tooling and artwork already exist.
How much does a quote cost?
